Description
Optigon is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to support ongoing product development efforts.

Overview
You'll have the opportunity to help lead the design, manufacturing, and testing of Optigon's next generation measurement tools. Applicants interested in circuit design, PCB layout, FPGA/uController firmware development are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering team to define technical specification
- Design, fabricate/develop, test, and integrate PCBs/embedded firmware
- Participate in design reviews to provide feedback and suggest improvements
- Assist in development of infrastructure and procedures
- Document designs, test results, and other relevant information 

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with CAD software (Altium preferred)
- Familiarity with embedded development tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project
- Excellent communication and willingness to work on a team
- Prior experience with PCB development or embedded development is a plus
